• This position is focused on workers' comp applicant work.
• You will:
• Handle matters independently
• Draft all litigation documents
• Act as your clients guide through the process
• Attend WCABs, depos, and appearances

What we're looking for:

• Must be a member of the CA bar
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school
• At least 2 years of workers' comp experience
• Must be willing to work at volume, we are a volume firm
• Must be open to some trial work

Salary:

$120,000 - $220,000 per year
