About the role
The Windsor Troy Law, LLP is a premier law firm committed to providing exceptional legal representation with integrity, compassion, and results. We are expanding our Workers’ Compensation practice and are seeking a compassionate and driven Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney to advocate for injured workers across California.
Responsibilities
- Represent injured workers in all stages of their workers' compensation claims.
- Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- 1–2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases preferred
- Strong advocacy and interpersonal skills
Pay
$80,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
