They are seeking a Workday Senior Certified Financials Consultant Lead I – Enterprise Solutions to ensure successful Workday implementations, mentor other consultants, provide expertise in the Workday Financials product suite, lead requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data conversion, discovery/FDM sessions, ensure compatibility with downstream systems, assist integrators, develop test scenarios, and facilitate client adoption of Workday best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in the Workday Financials product suite.
• Lead or assist deployment team members to gather and document client business requirements.
• Design and configure the Workday solution.
• Demonstrate configurations through prototype systems.
• Assist in testing the Workday solution.
• Complete knowledge transfer to clients.
• Work with client/data conversion teams to securely convert legacy data into Workday.
• Lead discovery and FDM sessions for clients new to Workday, providing guidance and best‑practice suggestions for
