About the role

UST is seeking a Workday Senior Certified Financials Senior Consultant to lead the implementation of the Workday solution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gather and document client business requirements
  • Design and configure the Workday solution
  • Demonstrate configurations through prototype systems
  • Assist in converting legacy data into Workday
  • Lead discovery and FDM sessions with clients
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data extraction and translation
  • Configure functional Business Processes (BPs) or objects for integrations
  • Facilitate clients' adoption of Workday best practices

Responsibilities

Provide expertise in the Workday Financials product suite. Lead the following as a member of a deployment team or assist others to successfully:

  • Develop and document client business requirements
  • Design and configure the Workday solution
  • Develop prototypes to demonstrate configurations
  • Convert legacy data into Workday
  • Lead discovery and FDM sessions with clients
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data extraction and translation
  • Configure functional Business Processes (BPs) or objects for integrations
  • Facilitate clients' adoption of Workday best practices

Requirements

  • Current Workday Certifications for FDM and Financial Accounting
  • 4+ years implementing Financial, Procurement, and/or Expense Management solutions
  • CPA or advanced Accounting degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Experience deploying multiple Financial projects simultaneously

Pay

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Schedule

Regular full-time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), and are eligible for paid holidays, as well as paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
