A media services company is seeking a professional with Workday expertise for a Remote opportunity as a Workday Recruiting / Talent Management Consultant.About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: Standard businessSetting: RemoteResponsibilities:Support end-to-end Workday Recruiting and Talent Management configuration, testing, and deployment activitiesPartner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to validate requirements and support go-live readinessAssist with system testing, defect resolution, UAT support, and production deployment activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve functional issues within Workday Recruiting and Talent ManagementSupport business process reviews, configuration updates, reporting, and security validation as neededQualifications:Strong hands-on experience with Workday RecruitingExperience supporting Workday Talent Management processes and functionalityPrior involvement in at least one full-cycle Workday implementation and go-liveExperience with Workday configuration, testing, UAT, and post-production supportExcellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skillsDesired Skills:Workday certification(s) Experience with Paradox recruiting platformExperience with HiredScore talent intelligence platformPrevious experience supporting hypercare or post-go-live stabilization efforts Desired Skills and Experience Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting. Experience supporting Workday Talent Management processes and functionality. Prior involvement in at least one full-cycle Workday implementation and go-live. Experience with Workday configuration, testing, UAT, and post-production support. Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
