Workday Talent Lead Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead a project workstream for Workday implementations
• Build strong relationships with clients to align solutions with their needs
• Guide junior team members and share your expertise
• Support sales processes by estimating work package deliveries
• Conduct workshops and present complex solutions to clients
• Implement improvement initiatives for tools and processes
• Manage customer expectations and navigate project dynamics effectively

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Workday Talent and Learning experience
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and its interdependencies
• Excellent customer engagement skills
• Strong communication skills for both customers and team members
• Broad awareness of industry trends in HR and related tech
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
• Consulting skills, including presentations and conducting workshops
