Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits Optimization Manager

Job Family: SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Consulting. Travel: up to 25% (focus on remote or Guidehouse office). Clearance: None.

About the role

From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday solutions to equip organizations with the information they need to optimize their Workday environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, including production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments.
• Lead the design and development of solutions for customers optimizing their Workday tenant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least five (5) years of experience using Workday HCM/Compensation/Benefits or other ERPs in an HCM capacity (preferably post‑production support), OR a Master’s degree with at least three (3) years of relevant experience, OR no degree with nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of work experience with Workday.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, with a focus on work‑from‑home or Guidehouse office; on‑site support for key milestones as needed.

Preferred qualifications

• Workday Public Sector experience.
• Current active Workday HCM, Compensation, and/or Benefits certifications.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products.

Pay

Annual salary range: $130,000.00 – $216,000.00. Compensation decisions consider skill sets, experience, training, security clearances, licensure, certifications, and other business needs.
