Job Summary

Our client seeks a skilled consultant to manage contract and journey automation across multiple countries. This remote contract role involves collaborating with HRIS and partner teams to implement and expand automation solutions globally. Expertise in process configuration and integration technologies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize recruiting subprocesses, including offer and onboarding steps.
• Create dynamic documents for offer letters and employment contracts using real-time data.
• Set up approval chains and manage document visibility permissions.
• Maintain integrations with external signing platforms for candidate execution.
• Troubleshoot generation errors and ensure seamless data handoff.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on configuration experience in human capital management systems.
• Proficiency in onboarding, document generation, and business process frameworks.
• Familiarity with global compliance needs for contracts and digital signatures.
• Strong skills in translating HR policies into automated workflows.
