Job Title: Workday Compensation Consultant Industry: Information Technology Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid) Rate: Up to $107.00/hr Client Overview This opportunity is with a fast growing, well funded technology company known for its data security and cyber resilience platform, with a hybrid presence in Palo Alto, CA. This role sits within the People Technology team, partnering closely with IT and Total Rewards to run enterprise compensation cycles and modernize HR systems, including the integration of emerging AI tools into HR workflows. Top 3 Skills Workday Advanced Compensation configuration and cycle managementHCM platform implementation and ongoing supportHR systems project management, including UAT and requirements documentation What You'll Do Drive execution of annual and company wide compensation review cycles using Workday Advanced CompensationGather business requirements and translate them into actionable project plansDevelop and lead User Acceptance Testing processes, including test case creation and timeline managementOversee HCM platform implementation and provide ongoing supportManage project timelines, communications, documentation, and team trainingConduct data audits for HR programs and process improvement initiativesIntegrate AI tools into HR workflows, testing, and documentationPrioritize incoming enhancement requests and manage a ticketing queue for backup supportBuild and maintain Workday reports to support business needsCollaborate with Total Rewards to evaluate and recommend new technology solutions What We Need From You Hands on experience with Workday Advanced CompensationExperience managing HRIS or HCM platform projectsExperience developing and leading UAT processesExperience building and maintaining reports within an HRIS platformStrong documentation, requirements gathering, and project management skills About Elevait Elevait Solutions was founded by veterans who believe that how you treat people is the only thing that actually matters in this industry.
