About the role
Everforth TopBloc is a boutique Workday partner firm offering fixed-time, fixed-price deployments and ongoing support. Our internal proprietary tool enables quick implementation of Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials processes, allowing customers to focus on their business while gaining immediate value.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Benefits solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance, and optimize the client's business needs.
- Solve Workday Benefits issues as they arise for clients.
- Participate in internal training updates and share skills with the team.
- Assist with internal initiatives to improve the team, department, or company.
- Manage a team of consultants, guiding their professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level).
- Develop sales material and project scopes as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).
Requirements
- Workday Benefits Certification
- 1+ years of Workday Benefits post-production support experience with a Workday partner, serving customers of all sizes.
- Advanced knowledge of Benefits groups, plans, coverage levels, eligibility, business processes, open enrollment, Enrollment Data Conversion, and the Affordable Care Act.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables.
- Good problem solver with the ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range salary is:
- Consultant II: $75,000 - $105,000
- Senior Consultant: $100,000 - $140,000
- Principal Consultant: $130,000 - $175,000
- Managing Consultant: $130,000 - $175,000

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
