About the role
Everforth TopBloc is a boutique Workday partner firm offering fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment services and on-demand support. Our internal proprietary tool enables quick implementation of Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials, allowing customers to focus on their business while gaining immediate value. Once live, we provide ongoing expertise and resources to support the customer's unique Workday solution.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday HCM solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance, and optimize the client’s business needs.
- Solve Workday HCM issues as they arise for clients.
- Participate in internal training updates and share skills with colleagues.
- Aid in internal initiatives aimed at improving the team, department, or company.
- Manage a team of consultants, guiding their professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level).
- Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales materials and project scopes (Senior/Principal Level).
Requirements
- Workday HCM Certification
- 1+ years of Workday HCM post-production support experience with a Workday partner, serving customers of all sizes
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables
- Good problem solver with the ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range salary is:
- Consultant II: $75,000 - $105,000
- Senior Consultant: $100,000 - $140,000
- Principal Consultant: $130,000 - $175,000
- Managing Consultant: $130,000 - $175,000

Flexible schedule to accommodate remote work in Chicago, IL or remote work options.
