Requirements
- Workday Financials Certification
- 1+ years Workday Financial post-production support experience with a Workday partner, for customers of all sizes
- Proficiency with business processes including: general ledger, budgeting, cash management, grant management, chart of accounts re-design, procure-to-pay, purchase order conversions, expense management, fixed asset management, and/or order-to-cash
- CPA certification (Preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Financials solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
- Work directly with clients, solving Workday Financials issues as they arise
- Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
- Aid with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company
- Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)
- Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range salary is:
- Consultant II: $75,000 - $105,000
- Senior Consultant: $100,000 - $140,000
- Principal Consultant: $130,000 - $175,000
- Managing Consultant: $130,000 - $175,000
