About the role

We are looking for a Consultant (level determined by experience) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to drive success in Workday Compensation post-production support.

Requirements

  • Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation Certification
  • 1+ years of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation post-production support experience with a Workday partner, for customers of all sizes
  • Knowledge in merit, bonus, and stock plan configuration
  • Initiation and administration of a compensation review process
  • Experience with compensation transactional data, pay for performance, calculation tables, custom reporting, and calculated field configuration/fixes
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
  • Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance, and optimize the client’s business needs
  • Solve Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation issues as they arise
  • Actively participate in internal training updates and share skills and learnings with others within the organization
  • Assist with internal initiatives designed to improve the team, department, or company
  • Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)
  • Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Pay

The hiring base pay range for this role considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

  • Consultant II: $75,000 - $105,000
  • Senior Consultant: $100,000 - $140,000
  • Principal Consultant: $130,000 - $175,000
  • Managing Consultant: $130,000 - $175,000
