Workday Alliance Director

Workday Alliance Director KPMG Advisory practice seeks a Workday Alliance Director to lead and manage alliances, maximize value, and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead alliance management, activation, and solution development
• Manage firm's participation in alliance partner program
• Develop and manage a portfolio of Workday-enabled solutions
• Spearhead annual joint business plan development and quarterly reviews
• Ensure contract management supports joint business plan
• Act with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of recent experience in consultative services or business development, with at least five years in managing a Workday or similar alliance
• Bachelor's degree or twelve years of relevant work experience, including enterprise-level sales or alliance management
• Experience managing joint innovation and building strong alliance relationships
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver exceptional results
• Ability to travel up to 40% as necessary
