Workday Alliance Director

Workday Alliance Director KPMG Advisory practice seeks a Workday Alliance Director to lead and manage alliances, develop solutions, and support marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day relationship and activities of the Workday alliance
• Direct alliance management, activation, executive relationship mapping, and solution development
• Support pipeline development and management
• Give direction to alliance marketing resources and support ongoing marketing/demand generation activities
• Manage firm's participation to maximize the value of the alliance partner program
• Own and manage the development of a compelling portfolio of Workday enabled solutions
• Identify and champion multi-partner solutions
• Spearhead the development and approval of the annual joint business plan and ensure quarterly reviews
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of recent experience in consultative services or business development with at least five years of recent experience managing a Workday or similar alliance
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or twelve years of relevant work in enterprise level sales or alliance management (preferred)
• Experience managing joint innovation with Workday such as industry accelerators, packaged solutions, Workday extend, and more
• Established Workday relationships and persuasive skills to position KPMG as the partner of choice across the Workday field sales team
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships
• Strong networking and influence management skills that translate into building commitment and driving actions across organizational boundaries
• Executive level communication experience, written and verbal, with credibility across all levels
• Proven effective management of complex projects and programs that delivered exceptional results
• Ability to travel up to forty percent as necessary
