Workday Alliance Director

Workday Alliance Director KPMG Advisory practice seeks a Workday Alliance Director to lead and manage alliances, develop solutions, and support marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead alliance management, activation, and solution development
• Manage firm's participation in alliance partner program
• Develop and manage a portfolio of Workday-enabled solutions
• Spearhead annual joint business plan development and quarterly reviews
• Ensure contract management supports joint business plan
• Act with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of recent experience in consultative services or business development, with five years in managing a Workday or similar alliance
• Bachelor's degree or twelve years of relevant work experience, including experience managing joint innovation and building alliance relationships
• Experience with Workday partnerships, certifications, and awards; ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships
• Proven project management skills and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel up to 40%
