Workday Alliance Director

Workday Alliance Director KPMG Advisory practice seeks a Workday Alliance Director to lead alliances, manage partnerships, and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead alliance management, activation, and solution development
• Manage firm's participation in alliance partner program
• Develop and manage a portfolio of Workday-enabled solutions
• Spearhead annual joint business plan development and quarterly reviews
• Ensure contract management supports joint business plan
• Act with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of recent experience in consultative services or business development
• Five years of recent experience managing a Workday or similar alliance
• Bachelor's degree or twelve years of relevant work experience preferred
• Experience with Workday alliances, industry accelerators, packaged solutions, and Workday extend
• Executive-level communication and influence management skills
• Proven project management and program delivery experience
• Ability to travel up to 40%
