Workday Alliance Director
KPMG Advisory practice seeks a Workday Alliance Director to lead and manage alliances, develop solutions, and support marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day relationship and activities of the Workday alliance
- Direct alliance management, activation, executive relationship mapping, and solution development
- Support pipeline development and management
- Give direction to alliance marketing resources and support ongoing marketing/demand generation activities
- Manage firm's participation to maximize alliance partner program value
- Own and manage development of a compelling portfolio of Workday enabled solutions
- Champion multi-partner solutions
- Spearhead development and approval of annual joint business plan and ensure quarterly reviews
- Manage contracting to support the joint business plan
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility
Qualifications
- Minimum ten years of recent experience in consultative services or business development with five years in managing a Workday or similar alliance
- Bachelor's degree or twelve years of relevant work experience in enterprise level sales or alliance management
- Experience managing joint innovation with Workday, such as industry accelerators, packaged solutions, Workday extend, etc.
- Established Workday relationships and persuasive skills to position KPMG as the partner of choice
- Demonstrated success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships
- Strong networking and influence management skills to build commitment and drive actions across organizational boundaries
- Executive-level communication experience, written and verbal, with credibility across all levels
- Proven effective management of complex projects and programs delivering exceptional results
- Ability to travel up to 40% as necessary
