Workday Alliance Director

Workday Alliance Director KPMG Advisory practice seeks a Workday Alliance Director to lead alliances and maximize value.

Responsibilities

• Lead alliance management, activation, and solution development
• Manage firm's participation to enhance alliance partner program
• Develop a portfolio of Workday-enabled solutions and champion multi-partner solutions
• Develop and approve annual joint business plan and conduct quarterly reviews
• Ensure contracting supports the joint business plan
• Act with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of recent experience in consultative services or business development, with five years in managing a Workday or similar alliance
• Bachelor's degree or twelve years of relevant work experience, depending on preference
• Experience with joint innovation, Workday relationships, and persuasive skills
• Strong networking and influence management skills
• Proven project management and program management experience
• Ability to travel up to 40%
