Workday Alliance Director

Workday Alliance Director KPMG Advisory practice seeks a Workday Alliance Director to lead and manage alliances, maximize value, and develop compelling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead alliance management, activation, and executive relationship mapping
• Support pipeline development and management
• Direct alliance marketing resources and support ongoing marketing/demand generation activities
• Manage firm's participation to maximize alliance partner program value
• Develop a portfolio of Workday-enabled solutions and champion multi-partner solutions
• Develop and approve annual joint business plan and ensure quarterly reviews
• Manage contracting to support joint business plan
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of recent experience in consultative services or business development, with at least five years in managing a Workday or similar alliance
• Bachelor's degree or twelve years of relevant work experience in enterprise-level sales or alliance management, preferred
• Experience managing joint innovation with Workday, such as industry accelerators, packaged solutions, Workday extend, etc.
• Strong networking and influence management skills to build commitment and drive actions across organizational boundaries
• Executive-level communication experience, written and verbal, with credibility across all levels
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs that deliver exceptional results
• Ability to travel up to 40% as necessary
