Workday Alliance Director

Workday Alliance Director KPMG Advisory practice seeks a Workday Alliance Director to lead alliances, manage partnerships, and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead alliance management, activation, and executive relationship mapping
• Support pipeline development and management
• Direct alliance marketing resources and support marketing/demand generation activities
• Manage firm's participation to maximize alliance partner program value
• Develop a compelling portfolio of Workday-enabled solutions
• Spearhead annual joint business plan development and quarterly reviews
• Ensure contracting supports joint business plan
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of recent experience in consultative services or business development, with five years in managing a Workday or similar alliance
• Bachelor's degree or twelve years of relevant work experience, depending on preference
• Experience managing joint innovation and building strong alliance relationships
• Executive-level communication and influence management skills
• Proven project management and program delivery experience
• Ability to travel up to 40%
