About the role
The Role of Work Experience Coordinator involves managing and coordinating work experience programs for high school students. The coordinator will ensure that all programs are aligned with educational objectives and comply with legal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement work experience programs for high school students.
- Collaborate with schools and businesses to identify suitable placements for students.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and educational standards.
- Provide guidance and support to students during their work experience.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to both students and employers.
- Prepare and maintain records of all work experience activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in education or human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
