Worcester Respite - Program Coordinator

About the role

Open Sky Community Services is an organization dedicated to providing innovative, evidence-based practices to support individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. The Respite Program offers short-term group living environments to help stabilize individuals and promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the day-to-day operations including program staff, treatment, milieu management, and administrative functions.
• Collaborate with clinicians and integrated team members to complete assessments, treatment plans, service notes, and periodic reviews according to prescribed timelines.
• Hire, supervise, mentor, and evaluate counselors and overnight staff.
• Participate in the development and implementation of component goals, objectives, and work plan tasks aligned with the agency's mission and vision.
• Develop and manage the program budget.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• Experience working with adults with mental health challenges, required.
• Previous supervisory experience, required.
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record, required.
