About the role

The Assistant Program Coordinator works alongside Residential Counselors to provide direct support to people served and provides direct supervision to the overnight staff.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living, which includes direct care duties, hygiene (personal care), lifting, assisting with transfers, medication administration, documentation, assisting with group therapy, transportation, behavioral intervention, role modeling, and recreational activities.
  • Implement activities that facilitate the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
  • Affirmative Action Statement: The Assistant Program Coordinator will participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. required.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
