Program Manager - Worcester Respite

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program and ensuring the effective delivery of services and supports. They provide leadership and oversight to staff, maintain appropriate program coverage through scheduling, and ensure the implementation of procedures that promote the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served. The Program Coordinator collaborates with team members to support service delivery, monitor individualized plans, coordinate activities, and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development to direct support and program staff.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings and participate in supervision, team meetings, and other assigned organizational meetings.
• Manage and monitor program budgets and related administrative responsibilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed to support service goals and participation.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or Social Services related field, or equivalent required. Alternative education/experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities, required.
• Supervisory experience, required.

Pay

$26.00-$29.23 per hour. The organization offers additional hourly differentials for certain positions based on skills, location, training, and program responsibilities.
