About the role
Direct Meds is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and wellness-driven Women's Wellness Advocate to become a trusted guide for women navigating the perimenopause and menopause journey. This is more than a coaching position—it's an opportunity to educate, inspire, and empower women during one of the most transformative stages of life.

The successful candidate inspires others through knowledge, authenticity, and a commitment to wellness while serving as a trusted guide for women navigating menopause. We are looking for someone who naturally builds relationships, brings positive energy to every interaction, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Candidates with professional experience supporting women through menopause are strongly encouraged to apply. Personal or professional familiarity with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences, increase engagement and retention, educate women through the menopause journey, and serve as an ambassador for healthy aging, wellness, and longevity.
- Serve as the primary Women's Wellness Advocate for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
- Educate patients on nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Conduct virtual coaching sessions and educational presentations.
- Support the growth of Direct Meds' menopause initiatives.
- Document patient interactions and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Women's Wellness Advocating, healthcare, aesthetics, fitness, nutrition, sales, or related fields preferred.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms preferred.
- Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to motivate patients through behavior change and accountability coaching.
- Comfortable discussing sensitive women's health topics with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Projects confidence, professionalism, enthusiasm, and serves as a positive ambassador for women's wellness.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of healthy lifestyle practices, wellness, longevity, and hormone optimization.
- Well versed in the perimenopause and menopause journey.
- Strong sales, customer service, or patient advocacy background.
- Computer savvy and able to quickly learn new systems.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Pay
$23–$26 per hour
The hourly pay range listed above represents a good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum target for this position. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location, job-related skills, experience, and education.

Monday–Friday 11:00 AM–7:00 PM MST
