About the Role

A Coach or instructor provides expert training, skills development, and peak performance coaching to student athletes during critical events such as competitions, tournaments, matches, trials, and qualifying events. This role focuses on the holistic development of each player, fostering a competitive spirit while teaching ethical behavior and good sportsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert training and skills development to student athletes.
• Enhance peak performance during competitions, tournaments, matches, trials, and qualifying events.
• Support the development of each player on the roster, both athletically and personally.
