26-27 SY Head Womens JV Volleyball Coach

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the women's JV volleyball team, overseeing practices, matches, and player development in collaboration with the varsity coach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee women's JV volleyball team practices and matches
• Collaborate with varsity coach to develop player skills and strategies
• Work with student-athletes to promote academic success and personal growth

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Strong knowledge of volleyball rules and regulations
• Ability to manage a team and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire athletes
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
