Women's Ministry Leader- Etown Campus
Why Southeast?
The fulltime Women’s Ministry Leader provides strategic leadership and oversight for Women’s Ministry at the E’town campus. She collaborates closely with the Central Ministry team. She is a team-oriented disciple maker who is passionate about connecting women to Jesus and one another. She cultivates a ministry environment that equips women to deepen their relationship with Christ through prayer, discipleship, groups, service and intentional events. As a part of the Connections Team, she helps implement the campus assimilation strategy, guiding women to take the next steps in their spiritual journey. She also serves as the campus point person for the anti-sex trafficking initiative, aligning local efforts with the church-wide vision and strategy.
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaboratively cast clear vision and strategy for Women’s Ministry and Anti Sex Trafficking efforts at the E’town campus and the surrounding community.
- Create a culture of disciple-making by intentionally investing in key lay leaders.
- Aid in planning and leading Women’s Ministry studies, groups and events.
- Oversee the Etown Women’s Ministry budget.
- Establish and maintain a healthy culture, providing volunteer leadership and training.
- Provide pastoral care for Women’s Ministry and Anti Sex Trafficking volunteer teams.
- Identify, train and organize volunteers to implement an assimilation strategy for new guests.
Our Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ministry experience that includes Bible study leadership
- Proven communications skills
- Critical thinking and the ability to multi-task projects, events and volunteer teams
- A team-player willing to collaborate
- An engaged member of Southeast Christian Church or willing to become one
