About the role

The Ministry Leader will oversee the spiritual growth and development of the congregation in Bloomington.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly worship services and lead in preaching and teaching
• Facilitate small group Bible studies and discipleship programs
• Maintain regular communication with congregation members
• Collaborate with other ministry leaders to enhance community outreach

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Theology or related field
• Minimum 3 years of pastoral experience
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate others
• Experience in managing a team and overseeing multiple projects

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Passion for Christian ministry and community service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
