Ministry Leader - State College

About the role

The Ministry Leader will oversee the spiritual growth and development of the congregation, leading worship services, and fostering community among members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly worship services and lead in-person and virtual gatherings
• Foster a sense of community and encourage member involvement
• Support and mentor other church staff and volunteers
• Collaborate with the pastoral team to enhance the overall ministry of the church

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Religion, Theology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with social media platforms for church outreach
• Passion for Christian ministry and community building

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective public speaking and teaching abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
