About the role

The role is responsible for managing the university's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of all systems and providing technical support to faculty and students.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the university’s network infrastructure
• Provide technical support to faculty and students
• Implement and monitor security protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with network management and system administration
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols
• Experience with cloud computing platforms
