Ministry Leader - Findlay

About the role

The Ministry Leader will oversee the spiritual growth and development of the congregation, leading worship services, and fostering community among members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly worship services and lead in preaching and teaching
• Foster a sense of community among congregation members
• Support and mentor other church staff and volunteers
• Collaborate with the church leadership team to implement ministry goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Religion or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a religious setting
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passion for Christian ministry
• Experience with youth and family ministry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule
