Wireman Electrician

About the role

Install, repair, and maintain residential electrical equipment and services.

Responsibilities

• Determines general condition of all electrical equipment, troubleshoots electrical malfunctions, and determines the extent of necessary repairs.
• Works with and understands blueprints, electrical schematics and job specifications as it applies to your craft.
• Identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.
• Use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide, accurately present repair or installation options, and complete safety inspections.

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential electrician experience.
• Wireman License (or 4000 signed hours and ability to get license).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screening.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively to clients about issues and provide accurate solutions.

Skills

• Residential electrician experience.
• Knowledge of blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications.
• Ability to identify proper materials and material quantities.
• Proficiency in using the Straight Forward Pricing Guide.
• Effective communication skills.
