About the role

As a Retail Associate Manager (RAM), you will work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. You will live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom's Core Values. Your role involves creating energy and excitement around our products and services, thriving in a fast-paced, fun environment, and focusing on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
• Side-by-side sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing expertise
• Aid the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching
• Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service
• Identify and handoff small business leads
• Develop strong peer relationships where accountability for the company's success is shared

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
