About the role

As a Retail Associate Manager (RAM) at Arch Telecom, you’ll work as part of a retail team to bring the brand to life. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, creating energy and excitement around our products and services while thriving in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are the first priority. This role focuses on building meaningful connections with customers, uncovering their needs, and recommending tailored device and service solutions. You’ll also assist the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching while developing expertise in digital tools and sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a best-in-class customer experience by helping customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Conduct hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and side-by-side selling to offer personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and expert recommendations.
  • Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations, coaching, and performance management.
  • Become proficient in digital tools to showcase network coverage, plans, services, and troubleshooting.
  • Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, systems, and reference resources.
  • Build relationships with employees across channels (business, customer service) to resolve issues and create a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and handoff small business leads while fostering strong peer relationships.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment while delivering first-class customer service.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school degree or GED.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week).

  • Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Willingness to lead a team, share best practices, and resolve customer issues.
  • Effective operational, financial, and performance management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with both customers and team members.
  • Prior wireless sales experience.
