About the role

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you will lead a retail team to bring the brand to life. You’ll live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values, leading by example as a brand ambassador. You’ll create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize customer needs. Your role involves building meaningful connections with customers, uncovering their needs, and recommending tailored device and service solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to guide your team toward success, demonstrating how to assist customers across their shopping journey—whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Explore individual customer needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
  • Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, including sales, inventory, and the implementation of new programs and initiatives.
  • Sell personalized solutions beyond basic devices and service plans, including unique accessories and Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
  • Maintain store excellence by approaching service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  • Use digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding, demonstrating:
    • Our expanding coverage and lightning-fast LTE network in the customer’s neighborhood.
    • How our plans and services enable customers to live unlimited, stay connected, and go further.
    • How we redefine wireless service, including device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.
  • Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills, processes, and system knowledge.
  • Build relationships with employees across channels, including business and customer service, to:
    • Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
    • Identify and handoff small business leads.
    • Develop strong peer relationships to drive company success.
  • Create a fun and engaging environment while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Willingness to lead your team, share best practices, and resolve customer issues.
  • Effectiveness in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Strong communication skills with both your team and customers.
  • Prior wireless sales experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school degree or GED.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Full-time availability (45 hours per week).
