Wireless Network Operations Center Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling for the Wireless Network Operations Center group supporting Cellular Over the Horizon Enforcement Network (COTHEN) and Land Mobile Radio (LMR) service.
• Serve as the lead point of contact (POC) for government and customers seeking technical assistance.
• Cook up training for new contractor positions and provide documentation for daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the ticketing system and databases.

Qualifications

• At least Ten (10) Plus years of experience with tactical communications integration, testing, programming, troubleshooting, and design.
• Three (3) Plus years of experience in tactical communications Project 25 (P25) integration, installation, operations, maintenance, repairing and maintaining P25 infrastructure equipment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
• Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
