About the role

Our client currently has multiple large scale projects going on that include PLTE, Microwave Upgrades, LMR expansions, etc. All of these initiatives are stretching internal teams to be cross utilized and they need a dedicated resource to support these projects. The immediate need/project of focus will be to support the standardization of radios/devices for various gas pressure monitoring systems to ultimately get on the same platform and be PLTE and Commercial LTE ready. Day to day can vary based on the candidate and where their skill set falls, but ideally this resource will be supporting MESH/Microwave equipment across the deployment lifecycle. They will work hand in hand with lead engineers and various vendors to provide guidance of best practices related to Design, Backhaul, Site Surveys, BOMs, Quality Control, Documentation, etc. This role will be a mixture of execution by the individual resource as well as coordinating with cross functional teams (e.g., PMO, OPCO Engineers, OEM vendors) to drive projects along.
