Responsibilities
- Perform systems requirements management, system architecture development, and interface control documentation (ICDs).
- Guide the SE Team WRT technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, installation, and certification.
- Lead the equipment source selection processes and manage supplier relationships throughout design, qualification, and production phases.
- Ability to travel CONUS up to 10%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and minimum 9 years prior relevant Systems Engineering experience or a Graduate Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of prior related Systems Engineering experience.
- Demonstrated experience in military commercial-derivative aircraft interior modifications WRT design, integration, installation, and certification.
- Expert-level experience regarding all phases of the Systems Engineering V model and proven experience WRT the implementation of Systems Engineering principles and processes.
- Supplier & Equipment Management experience, including the proven ability to lead equipment source selection processes and manage supplier relationships throughout design, qualification, and production phases.
- Demonstrated experience in program planning, guidance, and Engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
Benefits
Sign-on bonuses between $15,000K - $25,000K.
