The Caduceus Cellars Tasting Room is a unique environment where you can engage with customers, share stories about the wines, and interact with people from diverse backgrounds. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the tasting room.

Responsibilities

• Tell the story of Caduceus Cellars wines from vineyard to bottle
• Pour tastings and serve complimentary small plates
• Engage in conversations with visitors from around the world
• Keep the flow of the tasting room in perspective while maintaining a positive attitude

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
