About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets throughout Wisconsin. This role is based in Sheboygan, WI.

Responsibilities

• Help guests find products, offer recommendations, and handle special orders.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Work closely with team leaders to maintain smooth operations and meet department goals.
• Maintain inventory levels, ensure accurate pricing, and keep shelves organized.
• Operate the register with accuracy and a smile.
• Ensure cleanliness of the store and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Communicate with vendors, managers, and colleagues to exceed expectations.
• Support the team by assisting with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to sample products.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of safety requirements and company policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Functional sensory abilities for visual monitoring and equipment operation.

Pay

Hourly associates are paid weekly, with additional premiums on Sundays and select holidays. Full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.

Schedule

The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, within the individual's availability.
