About the role
The Project Center Associates at Curtis Lumber are responsible for Quoting Projects, Building Orders, and Invoicing Sales, including both Stock and Special Order Products. They maintain all customer relationships from initial Quote through to an Invoiced sale, working closely with customers on various home improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Quoting projects and building orders
- Invoicing sales
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Working with both contractors and retail homeowners on diverse home improvement projects
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of building materials and products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Basic computer skills
