We are a successful, established roofing contractor based in Vero Beach, and we are officially expanding our service offerings to include premium window and door sales. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead this new division.

Who You Are

  • A True Self-Starter: You don’t need a supervisor to tell you how to fill your pipeline or manage your day. You take ownership of your territory and your results.
  • You have a background in window and door sales and project management. You understand the technical requirements of the product and the consultative sales process necessary for high-end residential projects.
  • You understand that high-end clients expect high-end communication. You are just as comfortable in the CRM as you are overseeing project timelines and site logistics.
  • You have a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Your Role

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and consultation to closing.
  • Direct all project management responsibilities, ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and client satisfaction from contract to completion.
  • Collaborate with our existing operations team to maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect from us.
