Winchester - Shotshell Routing Material (S/3)

About the role

Responsible for the movement and loading of materials used in the production of Shotshells. This position involves monitoring multiple machines, performing changeovers, clearing equipment, and transporting materials using various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple machines during shotshell production
• Change over hoppers as needed
• Clear wad tracks or air lines
• Lift boxes of wads into hoppers
• Scoop bullets into a hopper or elevator balcony
• Utilize a vacuum lift, overhead crane, 4-wheel cart, or dolly to transport barrels and dump material
• Use a handheld scanner for tracking
• Adhere to all safety requirements including lockout/tagout and wearing required PPE

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience using an overhead crane, 4-wheel cart, or dolly preferred
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Must have flexibility to work other shifts, weekends, and forced overtime

Location-Specific Requirements

This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data. Employment is contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
