Loading Technician with Winchester

About the role

At Winchester, we seek detail-oriented individuals passionate about maintaining top quality and precision. As a Loading Technician, you will safely operate and provide limited minor preventative maintenance of machines and monitor multiple pieces of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate loading and priming equipment while following checklists, procedures, and guidelines.
• Use precision measuring instruments for quality monitoring.
• Utilize site production software effectively.
• Perform mechanical adjustments, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including cleaning the work area, energy control, and wearing required PPE.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical, mathematical, reading comprehension, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack preferred.

Pay

Starting Wage $20.00 per hour and up based on experience.

Schedule

Schedules available: 1st shift (5:00am - 3:00pm) and 2nd shift (3:00pm - 1:00am) working Monday through Thursday.
