Winchester - Material Supply Operator I (S/3)

Location: East Alton, IL – Hourly rate: $24.37

About the role

Material Supply Operator I responsible for receiving, unloading, and managing inventory to support production operations in the wad warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload product.
• Use PC to view daily orders, scan and pull correct inventories for production.
• Read and understand production schedules and order basewads for headers.
• Fill hoppers for multiple machines.
• Organize and maintain housekeeping of the wad warehouse.
• Operate a 4-wheel cart and walk-behind forklift.
• Ensure quality processes are followed.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and wearing required PPE.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work other shifts, weekends, and forced overtime.
• Successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
• Ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, or TN are not eligible).
