Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years' industry experience
• Epic Certification in Willow with moderate understanding of functionality
• 1+ year of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, previous management, and project management experience

Additional Details

• Ability to take on-call rotations outside of core business hours, including nights and weekends
• Prioritizing onboarding of new team members to customer support team
• Ability to travel up to 10%
