Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience
- Epic Certification in Willow with moderate understanding of functionality
- 1+ year of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules
- Problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and previous management/project management experience
Additional Details
- Ability to take on-call rotations outside of core business hours, including nights and weekends
- Prioritizing onboarding of new team members to customer support team
- Ability to travel up to 10%
