Sr Willow Analyst

Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Sr Willow Analyst to join their dynamic and growing team in Minnesota. This is a contract position with work hours from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Epic application design, development, and maintenance activities of applications under direct purview.
• Collaborate with end users to design Epic Beacon/Willow workflows by suggesting corrective adjustments or enhancements.
• Determine staffing requirements, perform capacity planning for resources, and supervise the work of direct reports to ensure effective and efficient team functioning.
• Serve as a mentor, resource, and primary advisor for team members.
• Lead all phases (e.g., design, build, and testing) of small to medium-size application projects, including Epic software upgrades, adoption of new Epic functionality, and/or significant enhancements to integrated workflows.
• Provide Epic product function expertise for the design, build, and testing for assigned module(s), including but not limited to Optime.
• Collaborate with end users to design and build the Epic system in a timely and professional manner, making corrective configuration or enhancements.
• Participate in design and validation sessions, ensuring appropriate documentation, follow-up, and issue escalation occurs.
• Provide technical and/or clinical consultation, including application configuration. Review, analyze, and evaluate system needs to develop recommendations for customers.
• Develop, support, and maintain all required system design and build documents and other system documentation.
• Perform daily monitoring of applications in production use.
• Provide support for application incidents reported through the help desk, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required.
• Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of software functionality; acquire and utilize knowledge of operational workflows to be implemented.
• Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with Epic software.
• Work with trainers to develop and maintain application-specific training curriculum and materials.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to specifications; prioritize, coordinate, and implement updates and requested changes to the system.
• Review and test each new release; troubleshoot problems and questions from end users.
• Adhere to organization standards for system configuration and change control.
• Develop strong relationships with end-user communities, customers, and business partners.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders from initial requirements to final implementation.
• Troubleshoot and/or resolve application issues and escalate more complex issues as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

Pay

$65 - 75 per hour.
